No staff no stock

Been to builders umgeni rd to purchase a bath mixer which states on the web that the store has stock only to find no stock on the shelf,furthermore trying to get the assistant to help me seemed fruitless and I ended asking the guard at the door for help.the guard was more helpful than the staff on the store we did look for the mixer on the computer and it shows they have stock but again no stock on the shelf no staff on the floor to assist I just had to leave and get a mixer from plumblink
