No service, unimpressed

I get my building supplies from builders warehouse as it is convenient! I pulled to the back where you pick up the building supplies and when I got to the boom gate the guard told me I first have to go and pay for my stuff at the front first and come back with a slip, after arguing that I'm not going to buy globes or anything other then my supplies he eventually let me through! I went to get a bag of rhino glide and when I went to pay they couldn't find a barcode! Then while waiting around while they trying to find the barcode I experienced extremely bad attitudes and no customer service! They should go to chamberlands in centurion for customer service
