No service on calling Builders Head Office for Quote

Good day, I called the head office three times to get a quote and nobody helped, all the staff told me was send an email to ***. I'm so livered the ladies I spoke to was Phiwokuhoe, Hloni and Babalwa. Hloni I spoke to at 8am this morning sent an email for a quote, got nothing, sent an email later to Phiwokuhoe for a quote got nothing. I spoke to Babalwa and also no luck its a disgrace, I have wasted so much airtime and time and there is always an excuse that their system is slow, so then why let customers not get any service at any measures, than help us another way. I'm honestly disappointed in Builders warehouse staff and even when I go to the store it's the same no help and service.
