NO Service, NO delivery!

Worst supplier ever!!! We placed an order for 4x 5000L Jojo tanks & 1x 950L tank on the 29th of January and got the story there's a long waiting list and it will take time! They can't tell you when the stock is going to be there although you can track your order online which said collection by the store you ordered from is for the 12th of March which was cancelled to another store (Constantiaberg) for who knows what reason and then the collection date showed for the 6th of February but they DON'T have stock!! I have been corresponding with Suhayfa via email about the order and found out they have the 950L tank already and NO ONE informed us and the client is getting impatient! She told me it would be delivered Today (Saturday) and that Farnaaz from Constantiaberg would phone Thursday already to make the arrangements! Farnaaz is a lazy *** and NEVER phoned!! I had to phoneSuhayfa yesterday afternoon to ask what the hell is happening & informed my partner it would be delivered today & the guy would phone when he is on his way & my partner told him to do it at 11am as he had to go to a funeral & guess what! NO ONE phoned!! NO delivery!!! I have the mind to sue builders if I loose this client they are damn unprofessional & I also have the mind to cancel ALL orders!!!
