No service

Yesterday we where at builders Centurion. I wanted to buy wood. No one to help you every one you asked for help send you to another person. Chamberlains help me with in 5 minutes.Please advise why your staff is not trained????? This morning again. No service went to chamberlains 7 min in and out. Would you be so kind to send your staff to Chamberlains for training?
