No service

My sister and her husband was at the shop in Worcester and got no service. They drove 50km to get to the shop and later walked out empty handed as nobody assisted them. They ordered what they wanted online. Now they are struggling to figure out when it will be delivered as each day they are saying today and it never arrives. This is costing more and more each day with the petrol and the airtime that is being waisted.
