No service and unfriendly employees
Went to Builders Strubensvalley for 2 specific items. Being used to great service at other stores, it was shocking how unhelpful and unfriendly this store's employees were. No one was bothered to help, management were just complacent, and we were given wrong advice. The guu at the plumbing desk was just rude and unhelpful. The nuts and bolts counter was unattended with just 1 guy overwhelmed by several customers nedding assistance.
This is undoubtedly the worst BW store around and will not go there again.
