No service and no knowledge of products

The Builders in Boksburg has the worst service ever. I went in on there on Friday to look for something to lift some wooden planks off of our staircase as we have taken off the carpets. There is literally just woman on the floor who are not eager to help at all and know nothing about the products. I asked about 5 of them where I could find a crowbar that not one of them knew what the product was.

This is terrible for customer service. Not to be ***ist but what do most woman know about hardware tools. This is where I blame Builders Warehouse who don't employ competent people, they either need to train their staff properly or the HR department needs to do a better recruitment job.
