No service and no care!!!

I went to buy brackets and shelving at Builders Warehouse on Sunday 13 March 2016. choose a shelve R700 and after asking around they eventually called the lady over from the quotes. I asked her that I need it cut as well in order to fit it in my bakkie.<br> She gave me a quote and told me to pay by the tellers there in front of them. I asked about the cutting and she informed me that I must go next door to the cutting room and asked them to cut it. There were no tellers there and after waiting for 5 minutes I went to the cutting department where it was also deserted.<br> <br> I went to the front customer service centre and informed what I believed to be a manager that there are no one to cut and no tellers at the building section. He told them to do a PA announcement and to go back as somebody will come. After waiting around another 5 minutes with no service and I left the trolley with all the brackets and \quote\".<br> <br> I went to Mica Riverside where I experienced exceptional service.<br> <br> Builders Warehouse should rather close the days they can't assist the public although they had lots of staff there but they seem more interested in chatting with each other then to do customers a \"favour\" by helping"
