NO SERVICE...

On 12 February 2015 i visited the Bloemfontein branch to buy 5 x 20 liters of Severe Weather Drizzle. I was informed by Mr Izaac Louw that the are out of stock but they have placed an order which will arrive on 18 February 2015. I left my name and number and requested him to phone me if there would be problems with the stock delivery as I was driving from Edenburg especially to collect the paint. <br> At about 14:00 on 18 February 2015 I arrived at Builders Warehouse and found that there was no paint on the floor. <br> I waited untill 15:15 for Mr Louw to return from lunch. I was informed that he did not have time to phone the clients to confirm receipt of their orders.<br> I requested him to phone the Depot to enquire when they will deliver the orders.<br> I was informed that the Depot can not make deliveries on 19 February 2015 as scheduled as they are busy with stock take and will deliver the orders on 25 February 2015. <br> I am paying the painters R1000.00 per day and R400.00 per day for the rental of the scaffolding for the last week and the following week because Builders Warehouse is the only stockist of this brand of paints.<br> Surely this is not customer service!
