No Service

My husband and I always have DIY projects at home and always go to Glen Eagles Builders to assist. However this monday everything changed. It first started with a big sign in the customers bathroom stating no employees are allowed. Clearly staff cant read. While my husband went into the bathroom only to find that there are 2 staff members having an argument, talking loud. Its absolutely pathetic the way some people behave. Then while going through the aisles you have people packing the shelves while talking on the phone. NO ONE WILLING TO ASSIST A CLIENT though. Then I needed help with one of the spray paint products, so I had to go and call one of the guys from the paint section. I asked him for a spray that frosts glass. WHAT, WHAT IS FROST, I get asked. Seriously, am I speaking a foreign language. When I approached the front desk, all I was told is I will escalate this to management, I dont know what is going on at Builders, but I think its time I rather go to Timercity, also they are a lot closer then Builders.<br> VERY Upset Client
