No Service

I bought a gazebo on the 28/11/2021 and they allocated to the Strubenvalley branch, then they realize that I am from Midrand and changed it to Midrand Branch. Until today, I have not received any order, I have been phoning every single day and I have been told that they will call me in the next two hours and nothing happens. Please can someone assist me.
