I was at Builders warehouse on 31 May 2015 to buy a few things that is needed for some home improvements. After my wife and I battled for over an hour to find the things we need (In the hour no one came or even thought of asking if they can help) we found the experience to be horrific. I have now decided that I would rather pay more for my goods at competitors with better service than ever stepping into a builders warehouse again.
