I need to order some bathroom equipment from Builders Warehouse, I have installed their online app. I am a regular customer and have a Builders Warehouse card.

The app wouldn't accept my ID and revert me to their call centre.

I called this useless centre and they could not assist me, as the closest outlet that currently have stock of what I need is 50km away from me, I asked them to transfer me to the branch, this was also not possible for them to do
