No Service

I bought a toilet seat at Builders Warehouse, Cape Gate in July 2020 so still under warranty. The seat broke a week ago and I paid them a visit on 19 Sept. explaining the situation and find out about a possible solution. Since then I have made 3 calls to their Customer Service Centre who transferred the calls to the Cape Gate branch. The 1st call was dropped and the subsequent calls there was no answer (23 Sept). Customer Care also emailed 2 managers at Cape Gate to return my call. I am still waiting for a call from Cape Gate.
