No Ryobi chainsaws on special at Builders Warehouse in Centurion

Builders Warehouse is currently running a special on a Ryobi Petrol Chainsaws (36 cc) for R1398. I have been to my local branch in Centurion several times but no stock. I spoke to the relevant employees about my problem and asked them to phone me when stock arrived - no luck. This morning I looked up avaliability at all the other branched in my area and not one had stock. Whats the use of a special without stock. BW feel free to contact me at ********** with an answer.
