No response to requests

Good day, Twice I sent emails on the form provided by Builders Internet page and have no reply at all. I purchased a light fitting PEN026 WHITE and it does not have installation instructions The wires L N E are not the South African colours and I don't know how to connect without damaging the wi-fi control. If Builders does not read the contact messages in the Internet page please remove the page. I would appreciate the instructions. Thank you Arthur de Freitas
