No response to emails

Do Builders Wharehouse people actually get back to you with a response to emails, or do they just keep sending adverti*****ts to you. ?

Thanks for the reply to my review. No need to send you guys another email. I sorted it out without the help of Builders. Oh yes, can you believe I still haven't gotten a response from my original email to Builders. Please let every person here, that spends their hard earned money at Builders, hear why Builders don't respond to requests or questions from faithful customers?
