No response regarding backup of incorrect tile adhesive.

Since 2 December im trying to get a response from builders warehouse. Ref nr. ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, *** ***. They are backing the use of incorrect tile adhesive a builder used. Sitting now with uneven floor. They gave him a quote for new material. All reduced less 20 percent. He refuse to correct mistake says i must get my own tiler as my standards are too high for him. Just want to know what there respinse are regarding the quote because prices of those tiles went up by more than 50 %. They involved them in this situation as they went against company policy by backing up an adhesive which is not actually recommended for full porceline tiles hence uneveness of floors.
