No response from Builders warehouse concerning an item that cost R16000.00

*** I bought a storage hut that cost R16000 on 27 Jan 2021 I was told that I will get the 10% pensioners discount. When we got to the till I was told that the discount does not apply to this product. I was not happy but accepted it.

I went back on 3 Feb to inform them that one of the metal door frames has rust on it in 2 places. I was that the guy I had to talk to was busy and I would be called back. No one called me back. I went back on Thursday 4 Feb and was told the guy was not around and he would call me back. There were 4 people listening to me, I told them if no one comes back to me I would go to Hello Peter, they obviously do not care much about the name of your company. By 8 Feb and I had not heard from anyone and decided to send an email. I got a reply to say someone would contact me within 48 hours. It is now more than 48 hours, hopefully someone will contact me now.....
