No response for weeks now!

After numerous attempts to contact Builders Warehouse, i still have yet to receive a response from them!

I had order gas cartridges in December already to which I was informed no stock its now going for 2 MONTHS that I haven't received anything nor a refund!

Sent messages stating i want my money back, which I haven't received any response from! I still haven't received my order that was placed on the 11-12-2021. It has been stuck on 'in progress' since 03-01-2022, with no further contact or update.

So I'm requesting a refund for the amount of R258.
