I wrote to builders for a purchase I did online last year online for 2 Lalela power banks, One is not working. I asked if I can take it to any builders close to me to be checked out and replaced since it's still under warranty. No reply after 2 contact us send. I only use these power banks when we have load shedding which has not happened in months, now with load reduction I tried using it's not working. ***4, order number: ***

You can take the power bank to any store close to you and they will send it to our supplier to have a look at it and they will then advise us if they can repair it or if we will need to replace it.
