NO Refunds For Wrong Items Sent To Customers !!!
On the 30th of January 2023, i placed an order Builders to the amount of R5,600.00
Builders delivered a wrong item to me. I returned it, with the delivery driver and notified Builders through email the same day, of the error they have made and requested a refund.
That is now 9 days ago and i am still waiting for Builders to get into contact with me and refund me the money they owe me!
