NO REFUND! R560 .00 ******

I placed an online order on 16/10/2020 which was paid for immediately. The Builders store did not have any stock when I went to collect the items on 17/10/2020. Subsequently my order was cancelled.

It has been two months and I still have not received my refund for the amount of R560.00
