No refund
I purchased a pot online, on the day of delivery the store manager called me to inform me that the pot has a crack in it, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. That was a month ago.
I've called the call center 3 times now and every time the answer is "the refund will be deposited on Friday" but I still haven't received any money.
