NO PERSONEL TO HELP

On Saturday the 15th August I visited Builders warehouse to get items for my grandsons project and other hardware items, To actually find anyone to help was difficult, when you did, its not my department. (so why were they therein the Department. Go to another area want to ask a few questions eventually see someone who has a cell phone in her hand, when you call her she looks at you and starts dialling then chatting to someone, I then asked where the manager was at the teller who directed me to a desk. Asked for duty manager and one of the person says , that's me, when i stated my complaint she say can I have your name and phone number and I will take this up with a manger. She said she was the duty manager, son is anything every passed on? Why leave a number if you can not talk to a responsible person
