No Order Received, No helpful feedback

On 20/08/2023 we ordered 3x shower panels online from Builders Warehouse. They were out of stock, but delivery was indicated as 11/09/2023.

To date, we have still not received our order, and no one seems to be able to resolve this telephonically. We are building our home and need to move in within the next 2 weeks, yet our bathrooms are incomplete.

In the mean time Builder Warehouse has been sitting with our R9427.00 and we have nothing to show for it.

I can confirm that our shower doors were delivered on Friday 20/10/2023. A special thanks to Anthony at Walker Drive Builders in PE who outshone everyone else, and took it seriously upon himself to sort this issue out.
