No order, irritation for customers

Your quotations queue is in a very bad state. People can cut in lines and if a new till point opens up its disorganised and a person that isn't waiting can simply cut in. If you could possibly look into this it would be much appreciated as it is frustrating for customers. I hear people around me complaining about the disorganised waiting system put in place.apart from that I love builders great place to shop and very helpful staff many thanks!
