No one phones back!
I bought a pool lounger online from the Builders Warehouse website, but I'm finding it impossible to get it delivered. For the past week I've phoned them every day to find out when it is supposed to be delivered. Every day I'm told that there is a problem with delivery, and that I'll be phoned back. No one every phones me back. Not sure what to do next.
