No more waiting!

Disgusted with the service. As we are now waiting more then 3 months for our stock that we already paid for. On 20 February 2021 we were at Builders warehouse in Nelspruit (Mbombela) branch and bought 3 x Savannah Folding Loungers - we took al three the same day, however when we got home and started unpacking two of the chairs were broken. So we took 2 of the chairs back. We went back every month to find out if the other 2 chairs is ready as we were told it needs to get to the store from the supplier making it. Well no one keeps us up to date - no one phones us - no one! If we don't follow up nothing happens. I'm about to go to the newspaper and give an honest terrible review. If we don't get our chairs asap then i will go all out! About done waiting!!!!! Reference I have on the slip is C*** - FJ Burger *** - I need my stuff!!!!!!!!!
