No More Excuses

Its now almost a month since builders online took my money and don't want to resolve this. I have never came across a company that is so heartless and no caring. The agent just say this will be escalated, and then nothing . It seems that legal action is the only way to get my credit. Beware South Africa, this company is not trustworthy.
