No invoicing system.

We wanted to place an order for 5 generators for our different offices. We asked them to make out an invoice with our company details. They told us that their invoicing system does not allow company details with an address. We discussed this with the manager and customer care, all of them confirm ed that this was true and that they were aware of losing business due to this. No plan to fix this Unfortunately, like all businesses, we need an address on the invoice. We cancelled the order, and can't do businees with them again. Ridiculous.
