No help offered

On Sat 22/08/2015 at 12:45 I was in your store at the Garden Route Mall in the Powertool section . I was looking to buy a Mitre Saw and after standing around for about 15 min , I asked for someone to help . Ten minutes later I was still waiting .<br> It was then that I decided to leave and make a complain at the Info Desk . Here I was met by 2 ladies who was in no way interested to give any help , not asking for a name or contact details or even getting the manager .BLANK STARES was all I got . The lady at the till was the only one that seemed to offer to help . <br> <br> I wonder if all clients were treated this way , how long you would last .
