A friend warned me about using builders warehouse due to their poor service and delayed order deliveries and I chose to move forward anyway. You do not have a good reputation in the market and your in store service is shocking - perhaps you should consider banning cell phones from your floor staff as they are far more interested in their small screens than they are in helping customers.
