No gas refill

Builders warehouse website says:" Did you know that we offer gas exchanges or refills".

I live in the northern suburbs and have a 4,5kg gas tank. And the stores near me don't do refill of gas tanks. I called into the call centre and the agent enquired by 4 different branches to find out.

Here is an idea. Firstly, how bout updating your website to inform your clients which branches can refill a 4.5kg gas tank or not.

Lastly, with the website you can add in another feature of saying the refill option is not available due no gas. But we can exchange a tank and only from 9kg up.

These to feature should help with client satisfaction. Allowing the client to be more informed when making a decision.
