No Feedback or Refund

I bought a tin (1 litre) of Heat Resistant paint at Builders Warehouse in Bloemfontein on 21 December 2015. I painted my braai on the 27th of December and as I reached the last third of the paint it was like jelly. It was set in such way that it was not possible to be stirred. I took it back and the store manager said he cannot help me because the supplier is closed, he will contact me on the 14th of January 2016. He did not call me yet. No feedback on Damaged Goods.
