No Feedback on my application

Good Day<br> <br> I app**** for a building material finance at Real People via builders warehouse Park Ryne because that is the process to be followed. Builders asked me for all documents at an initial stage I then sent them required documents. They never call to give me an update of my application. I have been calling them everytime to follow up on my application which they always promise to call back but they never call.<br> <br> This application has been ongoing for almost a month period. Eventually I decided to contact Real People myself. I got hold of real people last week and the process started moving, on Tuesday Real People approved my loan. Builders now have to contact me and tell me if I can come and collect my goods BUT STILL NO PHONE call from Builders warehouse Park Ryne.<br> <br> I'm real angry because Builders Park Ryne is supposed to call me I am a client not me calling them all the times. This is not how business is done.<br> <br> HelloPeter please expose this misconduct!<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Bongi
