No feedback on delivery

I ordered 2x inverters on the 20th of March with the recent bought of loadshedding. It is now almost two weeks later, and the delivery date was set for today. I see on the website that the items have not been shipped yet, and calls to builders aren't going through (their lines are down). I thought the delivery would have been quick seeing as there are 3 builders in a 15km radius from our office.

Firstly, if there is a delay in the order, TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS. I am completely in the dark (excuse the pun) here. Secondly, I have not had one email or phone call to let me know when the delivery is taking place, and I can only assume that it is not happening today.

I will gladly change my score if I can get some feedback, as there is a slim chance it will be delivered today, but going on the reviews of other users on this site, I highly doubt that.
