No feedback from managers

Went to secunda store on 15th jan ,they were advertising slate stone tiles since store opened ,I asked for 40sqm of tiles which is 952 tiles they only had 4,the guy that helped me said it has been out of stock for more than a year but still they advertise it,I asked to speak to the manager for false advertising as they say they have the product but they dont I asked for bigger tiles 300x300 ans 400x400 which they also didnt have in stock.

The manager said she will organise from a different branch she phoned them while I was there they said they had 1300 at a different branch she said she will organise
