I went to the store at Builders Warehouse Tokai the time was 12:00 when apurchased the item and I was told that the person will be cutting the item(chip boards) is about to go on lunch and I must come back at 1:00 fine !. I went out spent my 1 hour then I came back by 2:00.i wanted to understand why everything is not being done yet they told me no I must wait now until maybe 3:00 so they can cut the boards which cutting can take up to about 5-10 minutes .don't understand why I have to wait for another hour now I was at the store up until 2:00 by 3:00 i was under impression that everything is being done but all to find out they still have to go and collect the boards Some where else witch that was not told to me before making a purchase for the stuff . spoke with the manager to see if there is any common ground we can come on were told that we can get the free delivery which the price for delivery where I stay is about to 390 but then because we had a car we put the stuff into our car and I saw a paint for R548 told store manager give me the R390 minus the money from the paint that I do see and then I can pay the price differencel that will be about R180 if I'm correct .so now I just wanna see if you guys if there is anything you can do for my four hours that you've wastedof my lifetime and also just wanna say thank you to ian for giving me good service he was the only person that I saw from the store came to me apologized did everything help me do the loading as well . All I asked for was a paint 20lt paint which was R548 - in the R390 which we gonna get for the free delivery so I can pay the difference that's all I'm asking for . Im sure Builders Warehouse can do something about this only just one bucket of paint
