No empathy

At Riverhorse you can't drive through the yard to buy goods . You have to park then walk 60m place an order then pay get slip walk another 60m. I have injured my leg thus making me incapable of walking too much. Surely guards could show a bit logic and empathy. I really don't understand the logic as now its covid no one wants to be in a store if they don't need stuff. All this for 1 drywall board
