No delivery within a week of purchase

I bought a Cadac heater on 8 June 2025 from their website. On the website it states that delivery will be in 2-5 days. On 14 June I called Constantiaberg store to find out what the delay is, I provided them with the details on my profile. I called the contact centre and was assisted by Andisiwe who had more information regarding the matter. On 17 June I contacted the contact centre and requested delivery. I also texted their WhatsApp line in hopes that they would delivers I am baffled at how they have my details but couldn’t email me within those 2-5 days or make the delivery.
