No delivery, terrible service

Purchased a desk at the online builders store for delivery. Delivery date was confirmed in writing. Desk never arrived. I called the builders number to ask what the problem was the day after delivery date. They promised to escalate but couldnt help me further. I was not called back as promised either. Sent a mail to the builders warehouse help desk - no response. Called the helpline again 3 days later. All they could do was escalate again. I still have not received my desk or any form of communication on when it will arrived. I will never buy from builders ware house online again. Absolutely shocking service. Who knows when my purchase will arrive
