NO delivery on 3 Nov 2017 after promises made by Hannes at Despatch and Tony the Manager

I am a client who bought and paid for Swartland Kenzo slidingdoors and windows on 2 November 2017, Inv E ********** from Builders Warehouse Tableview. Sharon and Hannes promised the order will be delivered on 3 November 2017 (delivery fee R416.00 charged). At 14:45 after numerous phone calls and personal visit to BWH , Tony (Manager) promised the truck is on it's way from Swartland to Melkbosstrand. Swartland confirmned stock on 2 Nov. At 17:30 no delivery yet, I phoned BWH and Tony and Hannes left to go home. At 19:05 no delivery or excuse from BWH. Never ever will I order or do business with Builders Warehouse Tableview again and will insist on 4 Nov for a full refund of R14 365.00 and cancellation of my urgent order! I had to cancel builders on standby on 3 and 4 November 2017. The Rossouw household will not do business with shops that can't honour their promises.
