No delivery of items paid for and zero customer service

I ordered items online at the beginning of the month and was told that it will be delivered by 18 Jan. It is now the 22nd and I still have not received anything.

Sent multiple emails to them requesting assistance in confirming when I can expect my delivery. Every time I just get an automated response saying that they will provide feedback within 48 hours. It is now a week after my first email and still NO RESPONSE whatsoever..... 336 hours later! I also phoned the call center looking for assistance, but yet again this was a dead end. I was told that they will find out where my order is and let me know, but no one has provided me with any feedback.

This is pathetic Builders! Not only do you take client's money and not deliver on the promise to provide the items paid for, but when requesting assistance it is like walking into a wall. No one is doing their job with absolutely no customer service on your part. Seems like you want people to take extreme measures like complaining on public platforms before anyone responds.

Please send me my items or pay back my money so that I can purchase my items at a company that actually delivers on their promises.
