No Delivery of Chandelier ordered on line.

I ordered and paid for a Chandelier from Builders Warehouse in Bloemfontein. It has now been 8 weeks and no delivery has been made. I ordered the Chandelier on line. I went to the Store and saw the Manager. He promised that the supplier would deliver it to my house in Brandfort before the end of July. I ordered the Chandelier in June. 5/6/2021. Head office at Builders Warehouse has not bothered to return my calls.
