No delivery, no stock, online system is incorrect. Waste your time.

Online shop is a waste of time. The stock is often incorrect. When they are supposed to deliver they phone you to tell you there is no stock so no delivery. They only tell you this on the delivery day. Now you expecting the stock but they don't have it. Even when you choose a branch that shows a lot of stock online, makes no difference, system is incorrect. Cannot do reliable business with this company. Too many delays and problems on the orders. Staff are trying to be helpful. Wont be able to use them any more, my builders stand around waiting for the building materials. The staff are helpful, but their system is letting them down badly.
