No delivery. No response.

I ordered a fold up desk online on the 27th of July, with the site indicating that there was stock available, and that it would be delivered in 2 days, on the 29th of July.

It is now 2 weeks later and nothing. I have made contact with customer service on multiple occasions to find out what is going and when I can expect my order, with no one getting back to me.

This is terrible service. Builders Warehouse should not be offering online sales and delivery if it is not something they can do properly. I will definitely take my hardware needs to another brand in the future.

And can someone please tell me when I will get the desk that I paid for?
