No delivery, no-one willing to help

I bought items from Builders Warehouse in Woodlands Boulevard on Sunday the 19th of June for delivery. I requested it for delivery on Monday, and was told that they would try, but that it will probably only be delivered on Tuesday the 21st. <br> <br> As of today, nothing has been delivered and when I phone Builders Warehouse, nobody can help you and just transfers you to yet another person who cannot help you. After being transferred 6 times, the phone was disconnected. I managed to ascertain that I need to speak to a guy by the name of Stephen from Valu Logistics, but I never reached this person.<br> <br> It's just yet another show of the complete incompetence that plagues every part of the South African economy. Nobody takes responsibility and everyone is just interested in drawing a salary and doing as little as possible for the day.<br> <br> I doubt that Builders Warehouse will respond to this in any meaningful way.
