No Delivery Made and No Communication

I have a serious complain about Builders Warehouse staff in Cosmo City branch. I bought material last week Friday and they promised me to deliver it on Monday since Saturday was a bit busy for them but they didn't deliver my material and they didn't even bother to notify me. I phoned them today since don't see any need for them to call them asking them about the delivery and they now tell me that they are busy with stock taking and they will not be able to deliver my material. This is a poor service from the staff and I think this attitude of not communicating to customers must stop now! If they can't offer me their services then they should let me know so that I can go to other building material shops. I want my material and I want it today.
